Terms & Policies

1. What Domus is
Domus is a property search platform. We help you find properties, compare neighbourhoods, and ask questions about buying or renting. When you find something you like, Domus connects you directly with the agent behind the listing.
We are a search and connection tool — we are not a broker, landlord, or financial institution.
2. Using the service
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You may not misuse the service: scraping, flooding, harassment, or using it for unlawful purposes will result in account suspension.
4. Payments and money
Domus does not collect rent, deposits, or any payment on behalf of agents or landlords. All money transactions happen directly between you and the agent or property owner.
We are not responsible for any money you transfer to an agent, landlord, or third party. Always verify the identity of the agent and inspect the property before paying anything.
5. Our relationship with agents
We only provide a way for you to reach agents. Listing agents are independent — they own their listings, their pricing, and their availability.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings. Prices, availability, and property details are provided by the agent and may change without notice.
6. No professional advice
Information provided through the platform is for information only and does not constitute legal, financial, or real-estate advice. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before signing anything.
7. Limitation of liability
Domus is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, from interactions with agents, or from listings that turn out to be inaccurate.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
